Project to build access ramp for local resident

Hope you are doing well. I had a call last week from a lady who is a bed ridden and needs a ramp built so she can get out of the house easier so can go take dialysis 3 times a week. Do you know of any pack or troop who would take the project on? She said her husband works a minimum wage job and most the money goes for medical expenses, so who ever takes on the project will need to cover the cost. She lives near St. Francis HS off of Doer. I have her address. She said she tried Habitat, but they said they could not help her. I have also emailed Jim Wilson of Swan Creek to see what he can find out. If anyone can let me know one way or another I would appreciate it.
