2009 Philmont Crew
Each year the Erie Shores Council is allotted a contingent reservation at Philmont.
Travel Dates are June 13 to June 27, 2009
The selection procedure rules can be found here.

Information on how to enter the council drawing for one crew slot in the council's 2009 contingent can be found here.  This drawing will be held at the Council Camping Committee meeting in January.  Each unit may enter for one crew of 12.  Take note of the requirements.

At least one crew is reserved as a "provisional" crew to be made up of 12 youth and leaders
from units throughout the council whose units were not selected for complete crews.

Find more info and an application in Microsoft Excel or in Adobe PDF

If you're looking for information to enter Philmont's drawing for one or more crew slots on your own (independent of the council contingent), go to this website
But you'll have to do it in a hurry, since this registration ends November 25th.
A unit may register for as many crews as they need.  Dates are selected by the unit - five in order of preference, and/or any available.  Selection is purely at random; the web site shows notification between 11/26 and 12/09.  If not selected, the unit will be notified of their placement on the waiting list.

Your unit can enter Philmont's drawing and, if not selected, enter the council's drawing.
